Jaanika ühendab andragoogika ja kognitiivsemiootika akadeemilise tausta personali-, koolitus- ja kommunikatsioonivaldkonna kogemusega. Teda sütitavad disainmõtlemine, julged ideed ja soov aidata inimestel ja süsteemidel areneda.
MindShiftersis on Jaanika roll arendustegevuste algatamine, kontseptuaalne õpidisain ning turundus-kommunikatsioon.
Helena Heidemann
Helenal on kogemus rahvusvahelisest noorsootööst ja juhtide coachingu valdkonnast. Teda inspireerib kaasav juhtimine ning ta on juhtinud üle 20 rahvusvahelise projekti, kasutades loovaid meetodeid nagu LEGO Serious Play ja NLP.
MindShiftersis tegeleb Helena ettevõtte tegevjuhtimisega, õpidisaini protsessi- ja projektijuhtimisega ning LSP meetodi koolitamise ja fasiliteerimisega.
Karen Vapper
Karen ühendab haridustehnoloogia ja tegevusteraapia inimkeskseks tervikuks. Tal on kogemus laste ja õpetajate koolitamisest ning tema fookus on õppimisel, mis on intuitiivne, kaasav ja toimiv.
