With an MA's in Andragogy and Cognitive Semiotics, Jaanika brings insights into learning dynamics. She combines a fascination with design thinking and extensive HR, L&D and marketing experience to craft innovative Learning Experience Design solutions. Her passion lies in pushing boundaries and fostering growth, be it on a personal, organisational or societal level.
At MindShifters, Jaanika’s role includes initiating development projects, conceptual learning design, and marketing-communications.

Helena brings a wealth of expertise from international youth work to executive coaching. With a passion for fostering diversity, inclusion, and leadership, she has led over 20 international projects and trained hundreds across Europe. Her expertise spans hospitality training, health promotion, and innovative learning methodologies like NLP and LEGO Serious Play, aiming always to empower individuals and organisations through transformative learning experiences.
At MindShifters, Helena is responsible for managing the learning design process and projects, as well as training and facilitating the LEGO® Serious Play® method.

Karen is an educational technology specialist with a background in occupational therapy, blending human-centered thinking with smart tech solutions. She has worked across the education system, from teaching children to training teachers. Her strength lies taking a holistic approach to problems, integrating technology, learner needs, and real-world challenges to create learning experiences that are sustainable, user-friendly, and actually make a difference.
At MindShifters, Karen contributes to the technical implementation and testing of the learning solutions.
